      Pros

      - Working at Agero really opened my eyes to a major part of life, I had to deal with all kinds of customers which thought me patience, how to work at a fast pace, and get to know a lot of amazing co-workers and amazing supervisors who helped me grow a lot. Also, a lot of great dispatchers the company had contracts with

      Cons

      - Agero needed more active dispatchers around the united states (like Hawaii) who were willing to go to any destination. Sometimes when the client's car had broken down there weren't any dispatchers there, so some drivers had to drive far distances to get to the client which could have taken hours.

      Pros

      Offers Work from home, most everyone is willing to help when you have a question.

      Cons

      Some mangers need to really reflect. You can tell they are just in the spot because it needed to be filled. If you are not careful and really monitor what you are getting marked off by from QA that can hinder you. You MUST review what you have been marked off on. HIGHLY recommend you do this. The shifts change every 6 months so if you want/need a second job throw that idea out of the window. And unless you are the “top dog” you will have options for to pick from however you may not get your main pick so keep that in mind. Low pay, if you are a single person trying to manage a house hold I don’t recommend but it can be done. More so if you have children and no other form of income.
