Pros

the ability to work from home; can choose your schedule; gift card incentives for meeting goals; excellent benefits;

Cons

Every day there is some kind of change; you are forced to cross-train with NO pay raise; no understanding when you have appointments scheduled around your work schedule but they force you into cross-training classes and have to leave training to attend the appointments; do NOT get comfortable with your SUP because once you get comfy, they hand you off to another SUP; too little pay for too much work, you get cussed out every single day;

Pros

Offers Work from home, most everyone is willing to help when you have a question.

Cons

Some mangers need to really reflect. You can tell they are just in the spot because it needed to be filled. If you are not careful and really monitor what you are getting marked off by from QA that can hinder you. You MUST review what you have been marked off on. HIGHLY recommend you do this. The shifts change every 6 months so if you want/need a second job throw that idea out of the window. And unless you are the “top dog” you will have options for to pick from however you may not get your main pick so keep that in mind. Low pay, if you are a single person trying to manage a house hold I don’t recommend but it can be done. More so if you have children and no other form of income.
