Pros
Work from home job. Simple job overall. You get the opportunity to learn a lot about how roadside assistance works in this world from insurances and car clubs.
Cons
The compensation is disgusting. I work 7 different departments for different Clients and I still get paid the same since I've started a year ago. Management is terrible. They say they'll help you (like gaining access to an account you need) but you just get passed around for help and end up having to ask 5+ managers. Someone of the scripts you're supposed to use given by the Client(insurance/car club) is extremely bad so when you have to call customers to make sure things are done correctly, you get cussed out and accused of being a scammer. They don't let you know that your sick time is the same as your PTO. If you start from the bottom, usually the next position up is some type of "supervisor" that basically handles the 'i want to speak to a manager' calls.
