      If you want to be a number in the system and part of the corporate grind, this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Employee review process left little to be desired and nobody excels; ratings were unrealistic and invalid metrics are used to measure performance. Not a place to grow your skills.

      Brand recognition Loyal long term employees once you get below executive and senior management There is amazing industry knowledge with it the loyal long term employees
