Pros
1. Great leadership and employees that deliver to its customers 2. Definite opportunity to excel your career (technically and industry wise) 3. Great office environment and atmosphere 4. CEO really cares about the staff; although expects the best from them while working; and working fun into the environment 5. I can tell the leadership at corporate is looking for qualified and experienced employees at the company that actually delivers in excellence. The issue is some people believe they should not have to produce and the company should adjust to them.
Cons
1. Some staff employees that do not work as team player and want the company to work for them 2. Benefits are challenging in costs (because they are a small business and the company can not control what the Federal Government regulates...thanks to Obama); but definitely the best coverage
