Pros

A talented onsite group and supportive Administrative (corporate) team. A3T offers a competitive starting salary and annual bonus opportunities are available for most.

Cons

Professional development is not a top corporate priority. Too much corporate personnel change for my liking. Corporate communication to remote teams wasn't frequent or useful. You're more likely to find out about a personnel change when you try to contact a POC via phone or email to then find out, they quit or were let go weeks (or months) ago.

Thank you for your review and recommendations. While A3T does offer certification/training/educational reimbursements, we will definitely take this into consideration and make some advancements in these areas. We are working to ensure our HQ staff (corporate personnel) is the best in the industry and effectively improving where we can shine more. Our HQ staff is the front facing departments to all of our stakeholders, and our goal is to have the best ... the A-Team; while in parallel ensuring we deliver on our daily work assignments. I truly appreciate the A3T Team's patience while we perfect our battle rhythm.

Pros

A small business that goes out of its way to make staff (most of which are remote) to feel recognized, appreciated and part of the team.

Cons

As a small business, opportunities for growth and expansion are limited.

Pros

Good people on contract. PM is nice when we see him.

Cons

Corporate is a mess and they are losing contracts and bodies left and right. LOTS of turnover at HQ. Seems like you get to know someone there and then they are gone right away. CEO got in a meeting with our government staff and it was just flat embarrassing what the govies had to say later. Was told by one person that they let go that they did not pay out their PTO and no severance. Benefits are so so and expensive as you would expect with a small business.
