I'm so grateful to the team members who knew things were tough and still poured their hearts into their works.

Cons

Working there would challenge your ethics and jeopardized your professional integrity because they would lie to all their clients as well as their own employees. You'll be expected to go along with this and never question it. If any of their clients would like to double check the services that this company presented to them, they wouldn't have any more clients.

A small business that goes out of its way to make staff (most of which are remote) to feel recognized, appreciated and part of the team.

Good people on contract. PM is nice when we see him.

Cons

Corporate is a mess and they are losing contracts and bodies left and right. LOTS of turnover at HQ. Seems like you get to know someone there and then they are gone right away. CEO got in a meeting with our government staff and it was just flat embarrassing what the govies had to say later. Was told by one person that they let go that they did not pay out their PTO and no severance. Benefits are so so and expensive as you would expect with a small business.
