Hostile/toxic work environment. Expectations are set that are not achievable. Workloads are far too high to keep up with in a 40 hr workweek, which leads to having to work unpaid overtime. I also saw a noted lack of training materials, and experienced trainers, so new hires didn't have a lot of support.
