      Great coworkers, good work/life balance. A great place to learn about medical devices, and then take your skills elsewhere :)

      Cons

      Lack of development opportunities, upper management doesn't seem to have any interest in improving products or processes. Very corporate feeling and not competitive with other companies in terms of education reimbursement, compensation, and development opportunities.

      Pros

      Work can be interesting. Work from home varies from manager to manager.

      Cons

      It used to be a great company. With new leadership and management changes it’s turned into a mess. There is favoritism, unclear vision, and yearly layoffs. I wouldn’t recommend , it is too volatile of a company with the current CEO.
