Pros
Great history and mostly still great people. Used to be a place you would be glad you spent your career at - challenging work and great colleagues. Now it is a good place to start your career and gain marketable experience.
Cons
Not what it once was. Steady degrading of benefits, work environment, and culture. They didn't used to talk so much about the company culture - now they talk too much about it but live little of it. There is a constant erosion of benefits and pay - their rational is they are keeping us on par with our competitors. [?!]
