Pros
People are awesome. Customers are fantastic. Resources available to get the job done are quite extensive. Flexibility of work environment is second to none. Ability to take time of when necessary is valuable to me.
Cons
Focus on cash flow and cash reserves at the expense of rewarding people is getting relly old. No pay raise just because I'm at the same level as industry standard does not feel good; regardless of the business reason.
