Business Outlook
Pros
Culture is still strong and positive. Good leadership, but you need to go looking for it. Opportunities exist, but you have to earn them and sell yourself. Performance is rewarded, be willing to work hard for it.
Cons
Some really good managers, some really poor managers. With the spin off of Keysight, the new management team is cliquish (strong Chemical Analysis bias). Politics become more important.
