Pros
Ability to work remotely, even when living a few miles from the site.
Cons
No autonomy. Every decision must be escalated to a C-suite ececutive. Lots of promises but little follow-through or support from manager. Or manager's manager. When trying to do a skip level 1;1 or open door, executives refused to speak with me -- including the Chief HR Officer.
