Recent carastrophic changes - Anonymous employee Agilent Technologies Employee Review

Recent internal changes announced without mercy to the crowd. No consulting. They took everyone by surprise and left a bitter taste to many. Many layoffs of competent and key people to save costs, leaving those remaining desoriented and overloaded with work. I once thought I would finish my career working proudly for Agilent. Today I’m reshaping my résumé and testing the water. Have lost the motivation to work hard. If only those key changes had made sense, many employees would have digested them eventually, but no.
