I have spent many years at Agnik. You will find flexibility, innovation, and great access to everyone in the team here that are hard to find at other organizations. It provides competitive salaries and has a very diverse team from many cultures making the company a great one to work for.

Pros
I've been working there for around 6 years, and I love the flexibility the company has to pursue your interests. You're able to propose new projects to work on and there's a lot of room for leadership roles.
Cons
Not necessarily a con, but the company is pretty aggressive towards adding new features and expanding in the market. Expect to work hard!!
