Pros
- 13 leaves and that too it can be carried forward. - Good medical plan with less co-pay. - 401K is a big plus. - H1 transfer and GC taken care very professionally. - GC processing on time or befor time also as discussed during joining.
Cons
- Need to improve no of direct clients in regions other than costly cities. - Lack of management and employee interaction. - Even though you have joined full time on salary mode, but once client changes the salary can increase or decrease depending upon the billing rate.
