Pros
Some wonderful colleagues and good technical people at the company. If it wasn't for the people I worked with I would not have stayed long. Middle managers are great!
Cons
Senior management have their favorites and if your not one of them then life is OK but not great (performance has nothing to do with it). Some managers love to be condescending (especially managing partners). There is no career progression, if you're happy doing the same thing day in day out, you'll be fine. Bonuses not always paid on time!
