      Pros

      For a small consulting firm, I was impressed with their HR and onboarding team. For starters, they sent me a welcome package along with a welcome gift. They do provide medical benefits with low premiums. The team was also very quick in responding to your queries. They send out online training materials for professional and personal development. I found the entire AgreeYa team to be extremely professional.

      Cons

      The hourly rate offered by AgreeYa is lower compared to Industry standards. However, it is also dependent upon what rate has been negotiated with the client.
