Pros
Competitive pay and good benefits.
Cons
Micro managed with little to no mentoring. This resulted in the managing partner being unnecessarily aggressive in conversations where he would belittle you and make no attempts to mask his frustration as opposed to seeing it as a training opportunity. Meetings with him were often rescheduled/cancelled at the last minute because he was involved with every little thing that came up in the company. You are also often put in the middle of disagreements between the managing partners so there is a huge lack of professionalism. Long term employees have come to see this as a norm and accept it so the work culture is often uncomfortable. There was also a lack of human resources in the US with the US employees needing to wait for a response from a resource only available in India. This would cause unnecessary delays that could've been mediated by having resources dedicated to the timezone employees were working in. Management took little interest in cultivating employees and seems to have a history of high turnover. This is a place to go and earn a paycheck, not have a career.
