      Pros

      HR's are source of contact for everything. HR's do talk whenever required. If you get some good client project in other company you might get directly hire by them.

      Cons

      AgreeYa will pay you only if you have client project otherwise they will not pay you a single panny. You can be removed easily. You always feel outsider and contractual post in other company. No good health benefit.
