Pros
Overall, it's a good company. Some days are very busy, others not so much. The pay is good but not enough, And the hours are relatively flexible, As is the PTO.
Cons
The problem is the lack of communication; nobody says anything. The plant could be burning down and very few people would know. I'm warning you that you'll have to integrate yourself because nobody cares about you; they're not very open to inclusivity.
