Pros

Great starter point to gain experience, Had one very awesome coworker that held me together over the years.

Cons

My boss was the worse micromanager I've ever had the displeasure of working with. She Frequently yells at her employees, speaks over them, cuts them off mid sentence to talk about herself and overshares disgusting information. The worse part was hearing very loudly all about her very personal health problems. I worked there for almost 7 years and it was the most miserable 7 years of my life, I frequently had panic attacks over the treatment and workload with a constant understaff issue. I complained to HR many times and all she had to do was say sorry and the matter was always dropped. Management makes many changes without any communication with the workers. Use this place as a learning experience and get out before the toxic gossipy managers destroy all of your confidence and aspirations of growing in your field. Plus, your going to need to fight tooth and nail for fair pay

Pros

Opportunities for growth, because turnover is high. Fair pay. Flex work schedule.

Cons

Staff commonly refer to it as “the dumpster fire”. Management is always too busy dealing with emergencies to fix bad systems that create emergencies. People who have been there too long are allowed to do whatever they want and treat others very poorly. Constant discussions of restructuring and large scale overhauls, but the people who stay are not open to change. Bully behavior is common and goes unaddressed or is even celebrated. Workloads for some are light and others can be completely unmanageable. High turnover compounds this issue.
