Pros
You get to work with super smart people, and learn lots of new things. There's also 2 meals per day per employee, which is nice. Depending on who you ask, this one can be a con: you may not have clear tasks to get something done, but this gives you the freedom to explore several approaches. Cons
Some days, you may have longer working hours. At times, there is conflict at management level. Most commonly, it's that someone says something and someone else says another.
