Upper Management and HR - Anonymous employee Aimbridge Hospitality Employee Review

HR department is not helpful at all, i wrote an e-mail regarding an area manager's sailor mouth and language towards emplyees and i was basically treted like a todler. Wrote concerns regarding managers staying at the hotel without paying and bringing his partner over and no diciplinary action was taken. Too mcuh favoritism towards one particular employee. We cannot take lunch breaks but she can and she takes them with the managers. Manager always avoids guest and when a guest calls to complain he always makes usd tell the guest that he is gone for the day.
