The executive management team. When it comes to the executive team everything is an emergency. The CEO thrives on causing an unhealthy environment (although the more you kiss up, the more you move up). The CNO has never transported a patient and is an emotional basket case. There seems to be a lack of care for the frontline employees. The pay is poor for everyone from frontline to senior leaders, especially given the work demands. No work/ life balance.
