Pros

Waiting for your day to come to either be run out of the company by management, or fired, so you can collect unemployment - then sue.

Cons

Management cares nothing about their employees. One of the most experienced and best flight medics in Western NM finally quit, after they ran him out the door. Wrote him up for false 'occurrences', even though he had documentation to prove he did nothing wrong. Now the people in the local communities will suffer because the only medics left are inexperienced.
