- Terrible management cliques, favoritism, and retaliation.
- Most front line employee feedback/concerns either ignored or turned against the person.
- Having to navigate company "policies" that either change without notice, or are selectively enforced (see favoritism).
- Managers often abrasive and target line level employees with unwarranted scrutiny and are only rewarded by fellow management and never held accountable when in the wrong.
- Terrible gender and clinical speciality biases present (medic vs. nurse). Turnover is high for nurses because they treat them poorly and pay them poorly.
