Pros

I won't give them credit for any pros because the cons are too many and unacceptable

Cons

- Bullying from regional leadership is a real thing and corporate/HR is unwilling to acknowledge and instead allows it, creates a very hostile work environment for many - Too many layers of management, local management "collects" information, hands it off to corporate but aren't given real opportunity for input, corporate interprets what they want with data but have no clue what is really going on and don't ask the people that do - Too much responsibility and not compensated properly. Or some are over compensated. Pay ranges are all over and are not based on ability or experience. I would say they have unethical and discriminatory pay practices - Company does not foster a good work/life balance, it is nearly impossible. Rather than being encouraged to take your earned vacation, you are made to feel guilty or straight out ignored when emailing about time off, even for a funeral - Unethical practices all over the board, not sure if HR runs HR or if regional leadership call the shots - Irresponsible spending that are likely impacting bottom line and hinders the opportunity to pay employees properly, and quite possibly lower flight costs for patients. No accountability or proper processes in place to identify profit leaks. OT is taken advantage of and nobody is held accountable - Poor leadership. For a company with their core business being "taking care of people", they certainly do not take care of their employees. It doesn't have to be a cut throat environment, leadership MAKES it that way. It's part of their culture, and until someone in corporate is willing to recognize any of these truths about the company, nothing will ever change

Pros

Only pro was the hiring process which consisted of two interviews and then an offer. That should have been the first red flag.

Cons

Private Equity controlled organization. No onboarding process or training provided. You are sent to their HQ for two days of learning how to turn your computer on and how to open a couple of computer applications. They are looking for a zero to hero hire. Be prepared. Tumultuous with lots of turnover. Was told this was a career-long role and in a couple of short months, the CEO was fired, the VP of sales took off. New executive leadership team created an environment of fear and layoffs. Lots of huge egos and very little tolerance for questioning poor business decisions and strategies. No attention given to the voice of the customer and what would strategically help move the needle. It really gives off the odor of a company trying to be sold.
