Where do I start.. I have been at PBS for 5 years and we have gone through some serious changes! In the beginning years, our leadership was really there for the line staff, they listened to what we said and try to incentivize us as much as possible. I truly felt supported by my Manager and Director. But I’m the last year since our leadership changes, we are consistently being beat up when we are not meeting the un realistic goals they have given to us. When I do come in the office, we are almost like robots.. there is no longer a team feeling.. it feels like you do your job and go home! That’s it.. I miss the good old days. I used to love coming to work.. we had a great mission, great leadership and all around a great place to work.
