Pros

The mission of the company is good

Cons

Management is awful. They don't care about you, they will make you work long hours for no reason. The amount of overtime you do is insane for no compensation. There is no support in anything. They will make you feel awful for taking sick days. Most of the time you can't even take a sick day because no one is cross trained and if you do, your work just get pilled up for when you come back. They micromanage everything but still refuse to support you when you need help. The culture is cold and sad. Walking into the office you just felt anxious and didn't want to be there. The salary is not good enough for the amount of overtime you work. Management will only look out for themselves. They only care about how its reflected on them. The interview process made the company seem so much better than they were. Within my first three months there I was given an insane amount of workload with no training or support and was expected to know and get everything done fast

Pros

Only pro was the hiring process which consisted of two interviews and then an offer. That should have been the first red flag.

Cons

Private Equity controlled organization. No onboarding process or training provided. You are sent to their HQ for two days of learning how to turn your computer on and how to open a couple of computer applications. They are looking for a zero to hero hire. Be prepared. Tumultuous with lots of turnover. Was told this was a career-long role and in a couple of short months, the CEO was fired, the VP of sales took off. New executive leadership team created an environment of fear and layoffs. Lots of huge egos and very little tolerance for questioning poor business decisions and strategies. No attention given to the voice of the customer and what would strategically help move the needle. It really gives off the odor of a company trying to be sold.
