Cons
Working at AirApps is, above all else, following what the supreme leader wills and defines as rule! Devoid yourself of personal will, personal hobbies or god will it spending time with friends and loved ones, because, if the supreme leader comes at five o clock in the afternoon and defines that, after all, all that you had been doing is to be redone (by yesterday) then everybody bows down their heads and starts to work on it. Middle management won't do anything to safekeep the low level blue collar workers, as well, so you either follow everything the CEO says or you're outcasted and out of a job. I worked at AirApps for some months until I opted out and quit, in that time it was the most rotation I have seen in a companies roster, even middle management that seemed to do every will of the CEO, as soon as, they started to question decisions of the CEO, like, getting back to the office got sacked. Avoid like the plague if you want to keep your sanity.
