Pros
Aira is a great company to work for! They are a fast growing company, and they are handling it (from my viewpoint) with grace. They are very communicative about changes, understanding that there is a lot of flow to go with. Management makes it a point to communicate their appreciation for what we do as agents. They have a great set up that allows working from home to still feel like you are part of a team. I love Aira! Some more pros: - 100% supportive work environment - Work from home - Amazing company culture - Rewarding - Flexible hours - Make your own schedule (as much as possible) - Supportive of working parents
Cons
The only cons I can think of are normal things that may come up working 100% remotely (which is a plus). For example, if you work part time and a lot of emails come through about important information, you may not see everything as quickly as someone working every day (unless you work when you're not working and check email daily). I don't think that's so much of a con as it is a by product of working part time, from home. This actually brings me to another pro - the company is not constantly hounding its employees - there is a lot of trust to get done what needs to get done. Thank you for treating us like the adults we are!
