1. great opportunity to know excellent people from a diversity of contries and cultures, p.s. pilots and captains:) 2. the respect and trust among colleagues make it really a confortable place to work 3. good salary and conpensation, also with many training for employees' advancement
Cons
Transportation: very far from the city centre Just my personal view: impartial between Chinese and Expatriates regarding promotion opportunity and compensation level
