Pros
A small company located on the industrial side of Temecula. It is very easy to get to know the team that you work with/for at the company. Location is ideal for commuters.
Cons
Blatant violations by specific people in Management to keep unqualified personnel on payroll for personal reasons. HR is unresponsive and does not advocate for the employees, but instead ensures that Management has freedom to act as it will for 'the greater good of the company'. (Sales and productivity.)
