The role involves an overwhelming number of meetings that feel unnecessary and often detract from actual productivity. The pay is far below what the responsibilities require, and there’s no guarantee of follow-through on the tasks I recommend as a tech. While I’m expected to suggest solutions and add-ons, there’s no assurance that I’ll get the chance to return and implement them. This creates an environment where you do the work but rarely see the impact or benefit, making it an unsatisfying experience overall.
