Business Outlook
Pros
Lots of opporuntities and they value trainings. Vendor relationships were very tight and the company always seemed to have access to products/inventory at a reasonable rate.
Cons
The online customer service department and all functions of the online store were absolutely terrible and there was so much oversight almost nothing of importance was changed. Many of the practices of the business are old school, the "good old boys" mentality is very dominant in the company and while a major acquisition has made them the dominate force in the market, they still need to respect their customers from big business to small shops.
