      Pros

      Lot of personalities, tons of knowledge about industry. Lot of opportunity for those willing to work for it. Flexible with home/life balance.

      Cons

      Low morale due to workload demands. Big re-org in the SW area. Should have happened sooner. Don't allow the negativity from the worker bees to poison other employees. Get them out!

      People I worked with were great, solid team atmosphere

      Cons

      Glorified Amazon driver, large geographical area to drive. Positive note is they monitor your driving with cameras (see Amazon)

      Large, global conglomerates, strong legacy cultures, good learning and development organization and opportunities

      Cons

      Culture is awful and not consistent through the company, old boys club leadership, resistance to change is HUGE
