      Yearly review. Yearly raises.

      Cons

      Management seems to not be terribly concerned about their employees. If you received a raise throughout the year, that amount is deducted from your annual raise. Little appreciation for a job well done.

      People I worked with were great, solid team atmosphere

      Cons

      Glorified Amazon driver, large geographical area to drive. Positive note is they monitor your driving with cameras (see Amazon)

      Large, global conglomerates, strong legacy cultures, good learning and development organization and opportunities

      Culture is awful and not consistent through the company, old boys club leadership, resistance to change is HUGE
