      Good people with strong work ethic

      Cons

      West division headquarters leadership lacks capability and vision. Micro management culture and very intolerant of opinions other than their own. Decision making based upon high opion of themselves rather than good business sense. Good at useless rhetoric. Lack of support and recognition.

      People I worked with were great, solid team atmosphere

      Cons

      Glorified Amazon driver, large geographical area to drive. Positive note is they monitor your driving with cameras (see Amazon)
