      Pay and benefits are ok

      Cons

      Tons of turnover because of micro-non-management style. To much back stabbing and teamwork is not a positive experience. Very hostile work environment.

      Culture is awful and not consistent through the company, old boys club leadership, resistance to change is HUGE
