Pros
My first year was pretty great considering all of the negative things I had heard from pretty much every other employee. Trainings are offered at multiple locations throughout the year. Promised I would be sent to back to back trainings, but branch was too understaffed at all times. This equated to no training except for those in upper level management.
Cons
Sadly, like many of the other reviews have mentioned, Airgas Leadership doesn’t care about its customers at the end of the day. They think they can simply replace all of the accounts that are lost due to hidden price increases. there is a major disconnect between the branch and corporate. Employees are miserable and bring one another down. I could continue to go on and on... Watched an employee terminated that had been with the company for nearly 30 years all because management didn’t like this person.
