Pros
Not a lot of communication, stores short staffed, higher ups expect less people to do more without more pay or any recognition. Stress level very high. Airgas customer service level is decreasing, they are more concerned about making a dollar than retaining customers. Mngmnt from branch level all the way up to VP leaves a lot of room for improvement.
Cons
Airgas no longer concerned with customer service they used to hold to such high standards
