There is always opportunity for internal advancement as long as you are willing to put in the work and prove that you are up for the challenge. I have worked for Airgas these last 10 years and have had the opportunity to start out in an entry level position in our finance area and have worked my way up to a great management position. Training opportunities for our employees are constant and always evolving with especially now with our Air Liquide merger. Salary and Benefits are at the least competitive with the market and at most very generous.
