      good pay, good benefits, plenty of overtime, nice equipment

      Cons

      I was employed at a small family owned company for over 6 years when they sold to the Airgas. Didn't enjoy the corporate environment, all feelings of a "family" went out the door. Airgas management was terrible, they based their decisions...on anything but common sense.

      People I worked with were great, solid team atmosphere

      Cons

      Glorified Amazon driver, large geographical area to drive. Positive note is they monitor your driving with cameras (see Amazon)

      Some great teammates. 5 day work week for most part. Recently added pay for performance Bonus
