      Industry leader, name recognition, a lot of resources

      Cons

      Poor morale Division and Region alignment creates unnecessary silos and fragmentation from within. Good ole boy network has led to a lot of mediocre talent in senior leadership roles.

      People I worked with were great, solid team atmosphere

      Cons

      Glorified Amazon driver, large geographical area to drive. Positive note is they monitor your driving with cameras (see Amazon)

      Culture is awful and not consistent through the company, old boys club leadership, resistance to change is HUGE
