      - Good work life balance with flexible hours - Great opportunity to be included in discussions with and present to c- suite management - The compensation package is good - Reimburse for schooling/certifications

      Cons

      - Upper management can be difficult to work with when it comes to "changes." - Very de-centralized company with regards to processes and policies. This can be frustrating and confusing. - average vacation package - Age diversity is low

      People I worked with were great, solid team atmosphere

      Cons

      Glorified Amazon driver, large geographical area to drive. Positive note is they monitor your driving with cameras (see Amazon)
