      Great people who work hard at the branch and plant locations.

      Cons

      Being constantly micro-managed and not allowed as a manager to make your own decisions. Hard-work is not valued or appreciated. Branch and plant locations are expected to sacrifice but no cuts or changes are made in leadership positions.

      People I worked with were great, solid team atmosphere

      Cons

      Glorified Amazon driver, large geographical area to drive. Positive note is they monitor your driving with cameras (see Amazon)

      Learn a lot and meet a lot of people. Get to work on interesting projects.

      Cons

      The intern network is small and not very organized so there aren’t a lot of opportunities to meet other interns.
