      Good Job that provides opportunity to really get to know/manage your customers. Broad range of products to sell

      Cons

      Your coworkers play a huge part in your success or failure. So, if you don't have a good team around you it could be bad. Some regions are not very inclusive and weary of working with "outsiders". The the "good ol' boy" culture prevails.

      People I worked with were great, solid team atmosphere

      Cons

      Glorified Amazon driver, large geographical area to drive. Positive note is they monitor your driving with cameras (see Amazon)

      Large, global conglomerates, strong legacy cultures, good learning and development organization and opportunities

      Culture is awful and not consistent through the company, old boys club leadership, resistance to change is HUGE
