Pros
1.) Decent benefits if you have 'employee only' coverage. 2.) Some managers like to promote within the company for career progression. 3.) Decent pay increases and bonuses. 4.) Increased gender and racial diversity.
Cons
1.) 401(k) match is extremely low and uncompetitive. 2.) A couple of managers have been allowed to talk to their employees and others disrespectfully without being disciplined. 3.) A little old school in regards to work/life balance. 4.) Lack of employee perks and group activities. 5.) Some managers say one thing, but their actions do not support their words. 6.) Lack of automation. Many tasks are still very manual.
