Beware- you have a help desk manager who is condascending and knows nothing about IT, she has an insurance background and been around IT but her degree is not in IT You have the PHD-Petty Help desk who cant think outside the box and gives you enough training to do the bare minimum . If you want to learn know, they will not teach you because they afraid that their little job responsiblilites- kissing butt will be revoked. Keep in mind, that all ADMIN rights have been taken away so be good at troubleshooting if you want to peform the job right. Be prepared for outages and teams who do NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
